Good to know someone else who has benefited from Ari Galper’s cold-calling mind-set. I know it will work for MLM recruiting, much better than what the lead selling people teach you to say. (tried that too!)

I was a little tickled on some of these myths Stephen that you explained in this post. Well from what I gained from all this is, stop and drop the script and act natural, build a relationship, and stop going for the jugular right away. I see this stuff all the time now where my friends hang up on people who cold call all the time. And their script is “Im not interested, take me off your list” Well I guess it comes down to the idea of not wanting to be sold; at least not immediately in some cases. Loved this post, like I said; I enjoyed it very much.

Focusing on relationships rather than salesmanship is a better way of coming at it Stephen.

As an x salesperson our focus was always the next sale next next next basically. So the shift is about understanding people and building better relationships.

Thanks a lot, Dale! Yes Greenville is not that far away.

I tried cold calling leads that I bought and kept going for about 6 months. It was so discouraging to keep hitting a brick wall.

But after learning what Ari Gulper teaches, I know my success ratio would skyrocket.
